Hey, my name is Chris Garcia and I have been in the mortgage industry for three years. Through my time, I'd have to say that my favorite part of the job is getting to assist homebuyers as well as getting to know them over the course of their journey. I make a point to get to know my clients, I mean it's hard not to when you work so closely together. I understand just how important a home is and know that for many home is a safe-haven, a shelter, and a place to build our lives. If I can assist people in obtaining that and following their dreams, it is my honor to do so. Also, I do specialize in VA loans as assisting veterans is important to me since I, myself, am a Vet. I am proud of my service and love being able to assist my fellow service men and women.
A little more info on me when I'm not in the office, I love to spend my weekends with my wife, going to reptile shows, completing honey-do projects, or going on a nice hike. I'm active and I like keeping busy. I also SCUBA dive and really enjoy opportunities to travel both domestically and internationally. It is amazing to explore and see things that I wouldn't see in my hometown. However, I do love home. Home is with my wife and my two dogs, Wilber and Finley. They are our furry goofballs and we love them very much.

Hello, I'm Robert Jay, and I have been in the mortgage industry for 19 years (Started my career back in July of 2004). I am one of the few licensed senior mortgage advisor’s in the country that has actually been an underwriter.
My nickname is “Mr. Invincible” because I know the best program, how we need to structure things, and what we'll need from you to make it a smooth process.
I specialize in VA, FHA, USDA, and Conventional mortgage products like most lenders do, but I stepped it up a notch by simultaneously specializing in “Hard Money” loans for investors, and self-employed clients (No tax returns, and no income docs, and closings in as little as 13 days).
Aside from those options, I also specialize in Commercial loans, and my interest rates are very competitive (5’s and 6’s).
I truly enjoy connecting with my clients, and helping them learn all about the home process, and which options are available. Purchasing a home is one of the most important financial decisions in a persons lifetime, and I treat each client like they are family. I can also do cash out refi's as well.
When I have time outside of the office, I enjoy anything outdoors, especially going to the beach, or to the mountains, surfing, sailing, sky diving, bowling, and poker tournaments. I recently finished in 27th place in the Best Bet $100,000 guaranteed poker tournament out of 950.

Hello!
My name is David Schley (the only sly things about me are the silent c, h, and e in my name). You can call me David, Dave, Sly, “Hey You”, or mortgage guy.
Before becoming a mortgage professional, I graduated from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law, where I learned that I did not want to be a lawyer. After graduation, I became a restaurant manager and continued the mediaton training I’d started at Temple.
As we welcomed our son into the world, I opened a mediation firm and became a stay-at-home dad until 2021 when we bought our first home, and I found my calling in mortgages. I joined Success Lending where I can offer all the programs and help many of the people I could not in the call center lender where I “cut my teeth.”
Listening skills learned as a mediator, research skills learned in law school, and customer service skills honed in food service have all proven valuable in the mortgage business but it is my genuine desire to help people that has allowed me to thrive regardless of the “rate environment.”

I’ve been in the mortgage industry for over 25 years, but my path here was anything but traditional. I started my career as a professional wrestler in Dallas before moving into radio as a nationally syndicated talk show host covering sports and pop culture. It was during my time hosting a mortgage radio segment that I was offered an opportunity to enter the mortgage business—and I took the leap.
Today, I serve as both a Loan Officer and Loan Counselor, with a passion for helping people navigate one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives. Whether you’re buying your first home, refinancing to lower your monthly payment, or looking to tap into your home equity, my goal is simple: make the mortgage process as smooth, honest, and rewarding as possible.

A Little About Me
I’m based in Lewisville, Texas, and when I’m not helping clients, you’ll probably find me doing something that keeps life interesting. I take my custom Star Wars-themed Dodge Chargers to local car shows and use them to support charitable causes. I also volunteer as a mobile DJ, a graphic artist, follow just about every sport imaginable, and consider myself a BBQ enthusiast who is still very much in training!
And yes, I’m a serious Star Wars collector.
Most importantly, I’m a family man. My wife and I have three amazing kids. One is a Doctor, another is a Percussion Director, and the third is a volleyball coach! We also share our home with four lovable rescue pups: Kona, Kahlua, Athena, and Zeus
